Malvern College International schools offer internationally recognised academic programmes and embed the ethos, values and core elements of a Malvern College education, whilst providing an education provision reflective of the cultural context in which each school operates.
The Malvern College family of schools comprises nine campuses with around 5,000 students spread across four countries. The first overseas school to be opened was Malvern College Qingdao in September 2012. In September 2015, Malvern College Chengdu opened, followed by subsequent annual openings including Malvern College Egypt in September 2016; Malvern College Pre-School Hong Kong in 2017, spread across two sites, and Malvern College Hong Kong in 2018. During this time, Malvern College International was recognised as one of the fastest growing UK independent school brands overseas. We were delighted to continue the expansion of the MCI brand with the opening of Malvern College Tokyo in September 2023.
MCI schools offer a mixture of day-only, day and full boarding models, with a combination of IGCSEs and then the A-Levels or International Baccalaureate. Each school complements its core academic provision with a co-curriculum and super-curriculum tailored to the geographical and cultural context in which it operates. No matter where they are, our pupils across the globe engage in enriching educational experiences such as a forest-beach school in Hong Kong, mountain biking in the Malvern Hills, or visits to the panda sanctuaries of Chengdu. Whether delivered in Tokyo or Cairo, a Malvern education nurtures potential, inspires ambition and opens up a world of opportunity for every pupil.
