Our Team

At Malvern College International, we are dedicated to expanding the Malvern College brand globally and supporting our existing schools from their inception through to their continued growth.

Our team comprises top education professionals who have taught and managed British schools all around the world. We work directly with the senior leadership teams and staff in each Malvern College International school, offering expert guidance and support, including tailored CPD through our bespoke Malvern Pathways programmes. Our hands-on approach ensures that the high standards of a Malvern Education are maintained across each school, complemented by our biennial quality assurance visits to each campus.

Connectivity and collaboration among our global family of schools is a priority for MCI. We constantly seek to engage in collaborative activities, whether educational or operational, spearheaded by our inter-school Collaboration and Innovation committee. This committee brings together representatives from each Malvern College International school to share ideas and resources and to manage joint programmes, enabling students and staff alike the opportunity to participate in global initiatives across the group.

The MCI team also provides support in Marketing and Communications activities across the group, ensuring the Malvern College brand remains consistent in differing cultural contexts.
