Partner Services

Malvern College International provides its school partners with a range of support services during the establishment and onboarding phases of new projects, as well as on an ongoing operational basis.

These services are available to all partners and are designed to create opportunities to leverage the educational and organisational benefits that arise from being part of a well-established family of schools. We also support the development and execution of local strategies to drive admissions and maximize both staff and pupil retention. We encourage all our schools to engage with these services and welcome suggestions from our partners regarding new services that could benefit the entire family.

Education Guidance & Advice

Academic Advice & Support

The central MCI team offers comprehensive ongoing support to all schools, encompassing a range of both formal and informal engagement. Through regular on-site visits and virtual meetings and conferences, we collaborate closely with school leaders and academic personnel, sharing best practice from around the group and the latest developments from within the education sector. Our services range from the foundational aspects of curriculum design to the intricate processes of examination board authorisation, ensuring a robust educational framework for our partner schools. All schools are afforded access to our central ‘Resources Portal’ which includes a complete suite of school policies and a wide range of other resources.

Annual Leadership Conference

Proprietors and Senior Leaders from MCI schools are invited to attend this annual event held at Malvern College in the UK. The event features expert keynote speakers, updates from MCI and specialist break-out sessions, and is conducted both in person and online simultaneously. This is an ideal opportunity for senior leaders to meet peers from other MCI schools and to visit the home campus.

Quality Assurance Visits

Conducted biennially, our academic and management audits are performed by an experienced team adhering to the Combined Education and Management Audit (CEMA) framework. These visits provide a supportive but critical assessment of the school’s educational and managerial operations, with a view to supporting schools in aligning with international standards. The CEMA team also support schools looking to undergo external accreditation from bodies such as COBIS or CIS.
