Malvern College’s associated preparatory school, The Downs Malvern, is an award-winning independent Prep School for children aged 6 months to 13 years, nestled within the western slopes of the Malvern Hills. We have produced four Nobel Prize Winners: Francis William Aston, Chemist; James Meade, Economist; Alan Hodgkin, neuroscientist; and Frederick Sanger, biochemist and a double Nobel Laureate.
