Louise is an experienced educator and former Head of a bilingual school in Switzerland, where she successfully led the school through a change of ownership. Based in Hong Kong, Louise has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the USA, making her fully aware of the challenges and rewards for both individuals and schools in changing contexts. A graduate of the Co-Active Leadership ProgrammeTM and an International Coach Federation Certified Coach, Louise is an education consultant specialising in leadership development and culture. She supports leaders through group and individual coaching, team culture and leadership programmes and Leadership Masterminds. She is currently a Doctor of Education candidate at the University of Bath, UK. Louise has a strong personal attachment to Malvern College with both her husband and three children being former students of Malvern College, UK. She is also a member of the College Council.
